Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email to orders@deimosaircooled.com or by telephone before we have dispatched the goods to you, quoting your order number.

Returns

If for any reason you have ordered incorrect parts, we have a 14 day (from delivery date) refund or exchange policy, subject to the items being returned in an unused and perfect condition, with the original packaging intact.

Any returns after 14 days are at our discretion. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. We do not have any 're-stocking charge' for returned goods but please take reasonable care of the goods and packaging prior to any return.

Please always contact us for authorisation before returning any goods.

We cannot accept returns on tools, electrical items after fitting (unless found to be faulty) or 'special order' items.

Costs related to postage, packaging or insurance are non-refundable on correctly supplied items unless the items received have been found to be faulty. We make every effort to provide the relevant information on goods on our website but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are correct before fitting or use with the particular vehicle.

When returning items, you are responsible for the repackaging of the items and they are in your care until we receive them back. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting and delivery.

Free shipping will not apply if you return parts making the value of the remaining order below the £35 threshold. In this case we will deduct the shipping that would have been applied to the order below £35 from the value of the refund. For example, if you place an order for £40, and then return £10 worth of parts, making the order value £30, we will refund you £10 - £3.50 = £6.50. This will not apply to defective or incorrectly supplied items.

We do not impose any 're-stocking charge' for returned goods, although as mentioned above we do kindly request that you take reasonable care of the goods and packaging prior to any return. Note that the customer must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly and appropriately supplied items.

Provided the above conditions are met, upon receipt of the returned goods, we will replace or give you a refund of the full value of the goods, excluding any carriage, packing or insurance charges.
