These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Deimos Air Cooled website. Continued usage of this website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Deimos Air Cooled is a trading name of Deimos Performance Limited.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website include VAT.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and shown at checkout.

Placing an Order

We may decline an order for any of the following reasons:

  • if the goods are unavailable
  • if we are unable to ship the goods to the required destination
  • if payment has not being completed
  • if there are errors in description or pricing
  • if the customer has not met other criteria in these terms and conditions

The customer must notify us of goods damaged in transit and shortages as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email to orders@deimosaircooled.com or by telephone before we have dispatched the goods to you.

When receiving your order, if you are unable to check the contents at the time, please write "NOT CHECKED" on the delivery papers before signing for them. Upon receipt of your order you have three working days to advise us of any damage or shortages of the items in your order.

If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect parts, we offer a 15 day (from delivery date) refund or exchange policy, subject to the items being returned in an unused and perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact. When returning items, the buyer is responsible for the repackaging of the items and they are in his or her care until we receive them back, so please obtain proof of posting and delivery. We regret that postage, packaging, insurance etc. costs are non-refundable, unless items received had been found to be faulty or did not correspond to the original order.

We do not impose any 're-stocking charge' for returned goods, although as mentioned above we do kindly request that you take reasonable care of the goods and packaging prior to any return. Note that the customer must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied items.

Provided the above conditions are met, upon receipt of the returned goods, we will replace or give you a refund of the full value of the goods, excluding any carriage, packing or insurance charges. Alternatively we can give you an exchange credit as required to the full value of the goods, excluding any carriage, packing or insurance charges.

Any returns after 15 days are at our discretion. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. We make every effort to provide correct information and goods but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are correct before fitting or use.

The customer must meet the cost of shipment to return correctly supplied goods.
