Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to the UK mainland for any order placed through our website that has a value of £50 or greater.

If any voluntary refunds (i.e. not including refunds for defective or incorrectly supplied items) are given that take the order value below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the shipping charge that an order of that walue would have incurred from the amount refunded to you.

For example, if you place an order for £55, but then return £20 worth of the parts, effectively making the order worth £35, we will refund £20 – £3.50 = £16.50.

Note that you are responsible for the cost of returning items purchased in error.

All items returned must be in original packaging and fit for resale.
