Deimos Air Cooled Blog

Deimos Air Cooled had a great day trading at London Volksfest. The show was a good mix of show and shine and drag racing, with some quick times on the track and some really nice cars in attendance. The weather stayed dry for a good turn-out. The show allowed us to have some good chats with enthusiasts and it was great to hear the feedback on our growing range of air-cooled vw parts.

Peppercorn was the first show that we traded at. The turnout was excellent, helped by the glorious weather.

It was a great show and good to catch up with friends. Thanks to everyone who called in to say hello and to check out our air-cooled vw parts. At the next show we'll have even more vw beetle parts on display.

It's been a while since we updated this blog - we've just been busier than we ever could have imagined.

Yesterday we had a delivery that we'd been looking forwad to for some time. The second round of samples from our manufacturers have arrived.

We're now confident with the design of the parts, and the quality really is excellent. We hope to start the manufacturing run within days.

The Deimos premises are starting to look really good. We’ve had our new office furniture delivered, and spent today stacking up our inventory.

We’ve restructured our website to suit the larger range of products we now have in stock.

As part of doing this, we’ve also enabled the search function – try it out at the top right of any page.

It’s a work in progress, and over time we’ll add more features, such as a proper gallery function for parts that have multiple images. We hope you like what we’ve done so far.

Update

Based on the feedback we’ve received we’ve made the logo, menus and headings smaller, and the pictures for the home page featured items larger. This should allow more of you to use the site without scrolling.

We’ve added a simple gallery feature to pages for products that have more than one image. Click on any thumbnail to make it the main picture.
